Data & Quality Manager – Transplant Services

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

The Data & Quality Manager is responsible for the oversight, management, analysis, validation, and reporting of all clinical, operational, regulatory, and quality data related to the Abdominal Transplant Program. This position serves as a key resource for transplant leadership, hospital administration, and regulatory agencies by ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of transplant-related data.

The Data & Quality Manager supports the program's Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities. The position is responsible for tracking quality indicators, monitoring compliance with transplant policies and protocols, analyzing performance trends, and developing dashboards and reports to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

This role oversees all OPTN/UNOS and SRTR data submission, validation, and regulatory reporting requirements and provides interpretation of transplant outcomes data to support strategic planning, program growth, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate Degree required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Public Health, Nursing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare data management, quality improvement, transplant services, clinical registries, or healthcare analytics preferred.

  • Experience with regulatory reporting and quality management processes strongly preferred.
