We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Data Reporting & Insights Analyst to join our growing Data Intelligence team. This individual will play a critical role in designing and delivering actionable data solutions that drive transparency, efficiency, and strategy execution across our Sales and Marketing teams.
This is a hands-on role that combines advanced data visualization, data engineering, and business collaboration. The ideal candidate has experience in Power BI/Tableau and SQL and thrives on transforming complex data into clear, impactful stories.

Success in this role would be achieved by:
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize KPIs, trends, and business opportunities.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to define reporting needs, identify insights, and build robust KPI tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of trade data into the internal CRM to support sales credit and compensation processes.
- Use SQL to extract, clean, and merge data from disparate systems (CRM, trade data, marketing platforms, etc.).
- Serve as a data translator between technical systems and business teams
Experience and required skill set:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar function—preferably in financial services or asset management.
- Strong expertise in Power BI or Tableau, data modeling, and report publishing.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
- Experience working with CRM systems and understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Comfortable communicating with cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to non-technical audiences.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a proactive mindset
Supplementary Skills and Desirable Experience
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with trade data or working with custodians/distributors.
- Understanding of financial products, portfolio strategies, or ETF ecosystems.
