Job Description
This R&D initiative requires a background in data science, with an understanding of marketing and conversion funnels, and the various business metrics associated, such as CPA, LCV, conversions and overall output of crowd workers across program types.
This role will exclusively focus on running a pilot program for paid certifications across targeted locales and profiles, and must be able to set up protocols for the pilot, suggest and drive the KPIs for success, and work collaboratively across various stakeholders in engineering, operations, marketing, engagement and L&D.
This is a 3-month engagement at 10 hours per week.
