The ideal candidate is a curious, collaborative problem-solver who enjoys working across the stack: from exploration and visualization to pipelines and deployment, while being comfortable navigating ambiguity.
This is a unique opportunity to join our technology team at an early stage. As one of the first new team members in a growing technology and data practice, this role requires a high degree of ownership, adaptability, and initiative, helping improve how we work with data, build reusable tools and workflows, and foster a culture of learning, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Success in this role means delivering insights, helping teams better understand their data, and enabling smarter decision-making over time—ultimately driving practical business impact.
What You'll Do:
- Analyzes large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Builds and validates predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define problem statements and data requirements.
- Develops and maintains data pipelines and model deployment workflows.
- Conducts A/B testing and evaluates model performance.
- Mentors junior team members and contributes to knowledge sharing.
- Presents findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, computer engineering, or information systems and 2 years of relevant experience, or
- Master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, computer engineering, or information systems and 1 years of relevant experience, or
- In lieu of education, 6 years of relevant experience
What You'll Bring:
- Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Experience programming in Python for data analysis, automation, or building data-driven solutions.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), or a strong interest in developing these skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric or similar), or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier) or a strong interest in building automated solutions.
- Experience or interest in using AI to solve problems.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders or clients to define problems, translate business needs into technical approaches, and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
