Duties: Transform customer data into actionable insights to shape key business and marketing strategies. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful patterns and trends, translating them into actionable insights. Apply statistical analysis and data visualization tools to interpret complex data and drive informed business decisions. Deliver exceptional business intelligence through dashboards and executive reporting to evaluate customer engagement, digital interaction, and account performance, sharing insights with stakeholders.
