You’ll work closely with our engineering and investing teams to build robust models that arm small businesses with a data advantage.

• Supercharge the experience. Leverage 1st and 3rd party real estate and business data to build analyses and models that enable small business owners to make the smartest real estate decisions possible.

• Play data offense. Find holes in our existing data and source data from novel sources to enhance our view of the commercial real estate and small business landscape.

• Own data analytics and reporting. Take charge of our data analytics and modeling and ensure they are ready to be productized.

• Data obsessed. You can take data from many sources and turn it into gold that can bee built into our search and recommendation engines.

• Technically brilliant. Peers see you as as one of the most technically talented data scientists they’ve worked with.

• Analytics pro. You have experience working with data science tooling and know the right metrics to characterize any kind of distribution.
