Job Description
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Design and build data pipelines and automated processes for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and business implications to both technical and non- technical audiences.
  • Design and implement AI-powered chatbots leveraging large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, and vectorization techniques to allow business users to query structured and unstructured enterprise data using natural language, enabling real-time, context-aware responses without requiring technical expertise.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and hypothesis testing to support business intelligence initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelors degree + 3 years experience or
  • Masters degree + 1 year experience
