We're looking for a talented, analytical, and highly motivated investment professional who will be responsible for underwriting and executing real estate transactions across geographies, property types, and capital structure. The Acquisitions Analyst must be a team-oriented, entrepreneurial self-starter who is forward thinking and excited to grow within an industry-changing tech firm. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across the firm to help shape business, investment, and product strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Underwrite, diligence and execute real estate investment opportunities across the U.S. and across asset classes
• Support all stages of the investment life cycle, including sourcing, cash flow modeling, structuring, negotiating, closing, asset management, and disposition of real estate investments
• Conduct in-depth real estate transaction diligence, financial analysis, and market research, including development of presentations and memoranda for the Investment Committee
• Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams on cutting-edge technology integration and future functionality

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Minimum of 1 year of Investment Banking or institutional Real Estate experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with the ability to create in-depth financial models; Argus knowledge preferred
• Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to write effectively
• A heightened attention to detail – must be meticulous and consistently accurate
• Progressive; respects, fully understands and believes in the potential of the role of technology and data in real estate
• Strong initiative and ability to work both within a team and independently with minimal guidance
• Highly analytical, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
