Business Analyst

We are looking for individual with exceptional drive to produce insights using Big Data and the latest analytics tools to join our Business Analytics team! The organization creates unique opportunities to develop analysis and use them to drive immediate business decisions and actions, so our new team member must have a passion for analysis and intellectual curiosity to uncover hidden patterns and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Work across all products and business divisions of the company to analyze data and summarize for easy consumption by business decision makers
- Provide actionable insights for company business decisions using data analysis, visualizations and reporting
- Develop state-of-art analytics environment
- Develop test design and perform test analysis, provide recommendations on the next steps for performance improvement
- Develop data pipelines for analysis
- Explore analytical tools and adopt best practice methodologies and approaches
- Work closely with partners across organization through all stages of business development and provide recommendations for reporting future tests and next business steps
- Advance Business Analysis by extensive documentation of practices, data and KPIs, creating Metadata (for campaigns)
- Communicate results of the analysis through story-telling and democratization of the data analysis
- Other focus areas include creating foundational data layer of customer-level behavior data, advancing audience understanding and building data products
Requirements
- BA/BS/MA/MS in Business, Finance, Marketing or Quantitative discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Tableau or other reporting software
- Expertise in data mining & visualization
- Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, macros and v-lookups
- Organizational, planning and project management skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects
- Knowledge on Python data analysis packages or R preferred
