About the role

We are looking for a great business operations analyst. In this role you will be a partner to the business, responsible for providing key analysis on a variety of KPI’s. You will create and own the business operations program and work cross functionally with other teams like Data, RevOps, and FinOps. You will work cross-functionally to create dashboards and various reports for multiple teams and departments. This is an opportunity to join a scaling team, where you will have an immediate and meaningful impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support as the connective tissue to the business in answering complicated strategic questions with both quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Own and oversee all aspects of our BI reporting tool (Looker)
• Train and onboard users of varying data literacy levels, including assisting with a bi-weekly update / training session with our stakeholders from various teams throughout the company
• Help to ensure data governance is maintained across our technologies and throughout the company
• Develop new visualizations and dashboards in Looker as requested by stakeholders throughout the company
• Maintain the current data sources in Looker and integrate new sources as needed 
• Retrieve, synthesize, and present critical data in a format that is immediately useful to answering specific questions or delivering actionable insight
• Assist with / give feedback on visualizations built by our teams of analysts, such as being a resource to assist with building table calculations or helping out with Looker’s merge results features

Common Candidate Qualifications:

• 2+ years business operations or business intelligence (BI) experience
• Experience using SQL and Looker
• Ability to present findings to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
