Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design, development and maintenance of IT business systems capabilities and architecture to support Peloton’s Supply Chain - Demand Planning solution
- Acts as a technical as well as functional SME to for end to end demand planning solution
- Design, configure and test end-to-end demand planning systems, including statistical demand forecasting and demand sensing solutions
- Develop extensive knowledge of Peloton’s Demand Planning Systems. Proactively resolve demand planning systems capability gaps by consulting with business and product teams
- Acts as SME for all data integration and data transformation requirements for end-to-end demand planning systems
- Ensures systems capabilities are well understood by the business team, and leads all solution improvement efforts to improve solution adoption and effectiveness
- Responsible for resolving technical & data issues for demand planning systems as per IT defined SLA
- Ensure delivery of new technology solutions and capabilities in accordance with the roadmap and ensure that they meet established objectives and expectations of business partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related field, or similar experience
- 4+ years of experience in designing and implementing end to end demand planning systems. Experience in designing, configuring and implementing SAP IBP, SAP APO, O9 or Oracle planning solution preferred
- Understanding of SAP S/4 ERP solution and related integration with planning systems
- Good technical Understanding of data transformation and integration required for the demand planning solution
- Solid understanding of statistical demand planning algorithms and concepts. Deep experience in implementing statistical demand planning solutions
- Understanding of end to end demand planning process
- Very detailed and organized in managing Configurations across various environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Lucid Charts, Visio, Word, Excel
- Agile (SCRUM) experience
- Solid skills in Excel, Word, MS Project and MS Visio
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- SQL language proficiency
- Agile (SCRUM) experience preferred
- Excellent organization and time management skills
