Client Reporting & Analytics Analyst
Join Zocdoc as an Analyst on the Client Reporting & Analytics team! In this crucial role, you will design reporting and analytics deliverables for clients across all levels of their organizations. Our team works cross-functionally with teams across Zocdoc, such as sales, product marketing, account management, and others, to create tangible deliverables that leverage our wealth of data. We are constantly developing new types of reporting and analytics for our clients and are looking for creative thinkers and leaders to help drive these projects forward.
Analysts collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization on what types of reports and metrics we should provide for our sales and account management teams. In this role, you’ll be painting stories with data to design new client reporting and also translate custom analyses into more scalable solutions for all clients to use.
The ideal candidate is passionate about turning data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions for our healthcare clients.
What You'll Do:
- Support client relationships across all levels of their organization by designing standardized reports and analytics
- Deepen and expand partnerships with clients by creating tailored custom analytics
- Increase new business sales conversion by using data and analytics to enhance our sales pitch to clients
- Empower sales team and managers to make data-driven decisions by creating internal reporting and analytics
What’s required:
- 1-3 years of work experience in management consulting, data analytics at a health system, and / or business analytics or sales operations at a tech company
- BA/BS in a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, statistics
- Strong ability to problem-solve independently and make decisions under minimal supervision
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- SQL, Redshift, Tableau, Looker, Salesforce.com, and/or PowerPoint experience is a plus
- Previous healthcare related experience is a plus
- Resourcefulness, nimbleness, and the ability to stay positive under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
