We’re looking for a Data Analyst, driven to solve complex problems in novel ways, leveraging data and analytics to provide actionable insights that drive measurable performance improvements. The Data Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to craft and execute queries that have broad business impacts.

 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collaborate with product owners and internal business stakeholders to define and execute data analysis projects focused on extracting actionable insights from internal and external data sources
• Translate business/product requirements into data requirements for Cadre’s Data Engineering team, who will design and develop the data acquisition, curation and storage infrastructure required to meet those requirements
• Use data visualization tools, such as Looker, Power BI, etc. to create easily-consumable analysis for internal stakeholders and customer-facing products
• When required, develop scripts using languages like python, javascript, etc. to process data in order to conduct more advanced analytics
• Embody a culture emphasizing exceptionalism, selflessness and fearlessness in the face of complex challenges that require a high level of collaboration and innovation to solve

 YOUR EXPERTISE

• 3+ years of experience working with databases and data analysis tools
• 3+ years of experiencing developing database queries using SQL
• 3+ years of experience developing data visualizations with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience working with business stakeholders, delivering analysis to meet performance measurement and improvement goals
• 2+ years of experience with scripting languages (python, R, etc.)
• BS in computer science, math or other related field
• Proven ability to solve complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches with a blend of analytical and technical skills
• Strong data-oriented scripting (e.g. SQL)
• Strong learning and growth mindset
• Highly detailed-oriented and exceptional organizational and execution skills a must
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior leadership

 NICE TO HAVES

• Experience in real estate, private equity or related sector
• Experience with pandas
