About the position:
Stellar Health's Integrations Team is looking for a Data Integrations Analyst who has the drive to address complexity in our fast-paced, growing company!  As a Data Integrations Analyst you will be responsible for efficient processing of our partners’ and customers’ data exchanges, as well as offering insight and analyses of data quality.

This role will report to our Director, Integrations and work closely with a Core Data Program Manager. As a Data Analyst, you will be important to the success of our customers’ performance in delivering quality value based care.  The large volume and breadth of data you will be interacting with can relate to (but not limited to) longitudinal claims, alerts to hospital admissions/discharges, high risk conditions and medications.

You will work closely with our Product/Engineering and Customer Operations teams to help ensure the quality of our data, opportunities for process improvements as our network grows exponentially and analyses into opportunities to expand our data coverage to enrich our provider network’s performance.

As a Data Integrations Analyst, you will be responsible for: 

• Successful and timely imports of core data sets for our customers
• Identifying opportunities for improving data quality and processes
• Supporting and reporting on data escalations from customers and/or internal Operations
• Working with a Technical Program Manager on strategic data program initiatives
• Documenting technical knowledge around data management processes and customer specific logics

As a Data Integrations Analyst you should have:

• 1-2 years of professional experience working with data, ideally large data imports and ETL build processes
• Experience managing multiple clients, projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communications as you will work with both technical and non-technical audiences (i.e. external partners and customers, cross-functional internal stakeholders, etc.)
