What You Will Do:

• Assist the Digital Operations team in developing, executing and creating retrospectives for multi-state player development strategy to support the growth and retention of William Hill digital sportsbook bettors.
• Participate in new market analysis and help execute and analyze operational and promotional strategies.
• Provide background research and data analysis on sportsbook player behavior.
• Perform data analysis and create reports on digital sportsbook, casino, and promotion performance as directed by the Director of Promotions – Execution and Insights.
• Track and improve the operations development and execution process to improve efficiency for scale
• Create and present data briefings for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and execute basic scripted tasks (Python) for the Digital Operations team: creation/editing of promo codes, addition/removal of bonuses, etc.
• Provide data analysis and support for Operations, VIP and CRM teams.

What You Will Need:

• 2+ years of digital B2C experience essential; ideally gained with an online Sportsbook or casino operator.
• Strong understanding of statistics and probability.
• Moderate or strong experience with Python.
• Superb communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use a range of data insights & sources to tell a compelling story
• Proven at delivering projects against deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of sports, players, teams and/or the digital gambling industry, a plus.
• MS Office
