We’re hiring a Knowledge Management Sr. Analyst for our Operations Strategy & Enablement team and are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of leading and managing knowledge management platforms, processes and content development within a fast-paced and high growth environment. As a Knowledge Management Sr. Analyst, you’ll implement, improve, and maintain knowledge base content, training content, operational processes, and operational tools in accordance with Bread’s business requirements. The Senior Analyst partners with the Business Process Optimization Manager in executing strategic and tactical Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives. Acts as a KM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to communicate with and present tool and concept demonstrations to our internal business partners. Conduct data gathering and analysis activities related to Content usage and Content effectiveness. Recommend and assist with execution of KM strategies, plans, processes, and tools, including decks, reports, and roadmaps. Manages Bread’s KM repository, including improving the content management strategy and gathering and managing content for the repository. Coordinate with a diverse group of stakeholders to conduct these activities. Contribute functional expertise to the management of KM deliverables, and leverage industry best practices in KM strategy and change management.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

Knowledge Management: Establish and implement the Knowledge Management (KM) tool setup, design, and administration. Develop and manage the flow of information throughout the business by defining review and
approval workflows for all information types, in compliance with regulatory standards. Design and develop training to reinforce knowledge centered principles at both associate and management levels.

Business Analysis: Analyze content usage and user behavior to drive tool design and improvement initiatives, enhance content access efficiency, and advance knowledge retention. Utilizes analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems.

Business Requirements: Work with lines of business to assess and implement their business requirements through the use of the KM tools, the content, and integration with existing systems and corporate infrastructure.

Project Management: Develop and direct strategies to standardize content taxonomy, implement metadata, synonyms, search engine, and other tool features and technologies to optimize system performance. Utilizes excellent written and verbal communication to present information.

Quality Assurance: Develop and manage the flow of information throughout the business by defining review and approval workflows for all information types, in compliance with regulatory standards. Create and ensure governance of KM Policies, Procedures and Best Practices. Administers KM tool and manages vendor and support team relationships.

Consulting: Educate and coach leadership to facilitate the change to a knowledge-based organization. Leads and champions the change management process to ensure successful adoption of KM practice. Contribute and lead the development of functional strategy for application of KM within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Management, Information Systems or related field.

Five or more years experience with implementing KM tools/systems, defining Content Management Strategy, executing Content Impact Analysis, and creating internal and external content

Two or more years experience leading Content Related Projects and/or Content Process Improvement initiatives

Previous experience creating Adult Learning & Development Content, working in a contact center environment, and with Financial Services Regulations a plus. Ability to create an effective Content Intake process, define the Content Impact Analysis process, Create RResource Estimation Baselines, by leveraging methodologies, such as Agile and Kanban
