Responsibilities:

The Expert Institute is seeking an entry-level Medical Research Coordinator who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is a motivated self-starter. The main function of this role is to support our Medical Research team by assisting with client requests and internal projects. This individual will have a wide range of administrative, client-facing and team-oriented responsibilities. The Medical Research Coordinator will liaise between our Medical Research team, our attorney clients and other departments.

As a Medical Research Coordinator, you will:

• Work closely to support members of our Medical Research team 
• Gain knowledge regarding all aspects of the medical field and medical-legal case theory
• Reach out to high-level medical professionals via email and phone calls
• Schedule conference calls and case clinics for team members
• Follow up on projects with attorney clients
• Assist in recruiting part time medical consultants
• Maintain, update and create resources to support the team
• Be ready to take on any ad hoc projects assigned 

Qualifications:

A successful Medical Research Coordinator will have:

• Medical or clinical internship experience preferred
• Be comfortable speaking with high-level attorneys and physicians
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service
• An ability to multitask - strong time management and organizational skills
• Be a team player with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent writing and communication skills

Educational Level: Bachelor’s Degree (science or pre-med background preferred) or higher in any major
