• Responsibilities. Work closely with the VP of Data Science and product team to map, execute and track technical AI/ML engagements with business units in ADP. Participate in augmenting the capabilities of the data science and machine learning team and the implementation of valuable technologies for internal stakeholders. Provide guidance and project management support to the associates in the team. Evaluate emerging technologies that may contribute to existing machine learning operations platforms. Establish the scope of the machine learning operations program, lead internal communication with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of the project per commitment. Contribute to the thought leadership of data science and machine learning team by helping in researching evolving topics.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Experience. Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related field plus five (5) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Python; Data Visualization, such as tableau or similar; Building web applications on top of machine learning models, using flask or dash; Relational Database Management System (RDBMS), including Microsoft SQL Server or Redshift; Data Science/machine learning technical disciplines; NLP; Deep learning; Machine learning Operations Platform, such as Databricks, Kubeflow or Sagemaker; End-to-end Data Science/ Machine Learning project life cycle; AI/ML project; AI/ML project operationalization and productionization; Project management; and Storytelling in customer facing project demos.
