Join a team of commerce technology consultants focused on growing the commerce results for clients, orchestrated with clear operating procedures, technology vision, commercial propositions and go to market differentiators.
Work collaboratively within the team of growth commerce consultants which is geographically & culturally dispersed, enabling EPAM to support geographically diverse clients and bring innovation to and from all corners of the world.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create new service offerings, pathways and revenue generating opportunities within EPAM's existing client base and to penetrate net new logos
  • Contribute to the differentiated growth commerce 'brand' of your consulting team via thought leadership, cross-training, collaboration with SMEs in commerce related domains, interactions with 3rd party solution providers, etc. Continue to build and project reputation, expertise, and opportunity both internally and externally
  • Create new pathways and revenue generating opportunities to work with established EPAM vendors, helping them embed modern architectural principles into their product roadmap
  • Create strong working relationships with related technology domains (eg. data), forming a strong partnership that will support how we differentiate ourselves as a growth commerce consulting practice
  • Work to develop sales propositions. Drive sales pursuits as part of a broader pursuit team (new logo and existing accounts), contributing the core project scope details and estimations. Be able to align technology closely with business objectives and outcomes. Be generous with knowledge and take clients on a journey, including rationalizing existing and 'to be' investments
  • Deliver market leading thinking and education on areas of specialism you and the team choose to focus on, participating within EPAM and wider communities (eg. blogs, conferences) where it is relevant and valuable to do so
  • Operate within the EPAM consulting community and network
    • Contribute method, and encourage the contribution of others, to the Method repository
    • Lead consulting engagements either as a point expert or as accountable for the end-to-end consulting outcome
    • Create and/or participate in the consulting community through events, thought leadership, etc
  • Achieve 70% personal billability


REQUIREMENTS

  • Be fluent in a broad range of commerce technology trends that impact commerce architectures and solutions, such as MACH (Microservices, API-First, Cloud, Headless), master data management, AI/ML, UX, supply chain, etc
  • Be fluent in a broad range of commerce technologies, including major e-commerce players (eg. SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Adobe Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.), up and coming e-commerce players (eg. MACH players such as commercetools, Vtex, BigCommerce), and other market disruptors (eg. Shopify)
  • Be fluent in a broad range of technologies related to commerce, including content platforms (eg. AEM, Sitecore), DAM solutions, payment providers, tax providers, analytics, AI/ML, etc
  • Other key skills / attributes / accomplishments
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Collaborative, team player
    • Passion for continuous upskilling / educating / training
    • Proven thought leader able to think critically about and communicate regarding the pros & cons of a given technology or technology trend
    • Certifications in multiple relevant commerce technologies
    • Presales, RFP response, and SOW writing experience
    • Ability to travel as client demands necessitate

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
