MSK requires all new hires, volunteers, and vendors who come onsite to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. This is based on the COVID-19 vaccines' high level of protection and our shared responsibility in protecting our patients.
Beginning on February 21, 2022, MSK will require all new hires, volunteers, and vendors who come onsite to provide proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination series + booster (once eligible). Individuals currently eligible for a COVID-19 booster must get their booster, or have an approved exemption as a condition of employment at MSK. Individuals can get their COVID-19 booster 5 months after receiving their second dose of either the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, or 2 months after the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Individuals who are not yet eligible for a booster must meet this criteria within 30 days of becoming eligible.

MSK is seeking a Radiology Application Analyst to support staff in the use of the PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and other Radiology applications. If this is something is a position that sounds terrific for you, we encourage you to apply!
You Will:

  • Provide application support for radiology systems including, but not limited to, PACS, RIS and Voice recognition.
  • Use Service Now tracking system for daily monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of Radiology Systems.
  • Participate in implementations and application upgrades of new and existing Radiology Systems.
  • Provide end-user training with users at all levels. Comfortable interacting with customers.
  • Coordinate with vendors to provide application and hardware support.
  • Assist with new modality installs including testing and connectivity to the PACS.
  • Provide rotating on-call coverage after hours and on weekends.

  • Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric
  • A good decision-maker, with shown success at making timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
  • Willing to take action and eager to adopt new opportunities and tough challenges with high energy, and passion.
  • Adept at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals.
  • An effective communicator, capable of speaking to any specific audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
  • Flexible in your approach and demeanor in order to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances.
  • Able to communicate optimally with different personnel in the organization along with Physicians.


You Need:

  • 2-4 years of proven ability in the field.
  • Understanding of PC hardware, network technology, Windows operating systems
  • Experience working in a hospital/clinical related department preferably in Radiology
