MayStreet Inc. has immediate openings for a SalesForce Business Analyst. This role is open to fully-remote. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic problem-solvers with an interest in capital markets data to join us as we continue providing technology innovation and support to the world’s leading global capital markets companies. What you’ll do

The SalesForce Business Analyst will work with internal and external stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, design workflows, and will serve as the bridge between technology / business units and support the sales team with client delivery tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about capital markets technologies. This is a client facing role and superb verbal and written communication are a prerequisite.

Responsibilities include

• Work across multi-functional teams to ensure alignment of deliverables
• Generate data driven reporting and analysis
• Create proposals and respond to RFI / RFP
• Gather project status for reporting and liaise between technical teams and stakeholders
• Take notes, document decisions, follow up on deliverables
• Communicate with clients on projects / deliverables 

Work Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 1- 5 years of experience as a BA or similar in the capital markets or financial technology industries (other experience will be considered)
• Experience using SalesForce or similar CRM solutions
• The desire and ability to quickly grasp highly technical concepts and become an SME on MayStreet’s full suite of products
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately
• Independent self-starter who can manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
• Eagerness to learn the business and improve the use of SalesForce
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Nice to have

• Experience with G Suite is a plus
• Experience with JIRA and Agile methodology are a plus
• Technical backgrounds desirable, including the ability to code or script in at least one computer language
