How you'll help make homeownership achievable:
- Define the measurement framework for Growth, Product, and Operations to enable teams to build solutions and products to modernize the home buying process
- Share insights on our users and business processes to guide longer-term, strategic decisions
- Enable quick decision making by querying Ribbon’s data warehouse to answer business questions
- Advocate to improve data quality and increase data capture in Ribbon’s products and internal systems
- Contribute to the Analytics road map to define the initiatives to improve decision making across the organization. Plant the seeds to evolve Ribbon’s analytics function to enable data products that help our customers make the best decision possible in the product
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience working in an analytics or data science role as the primary analytics voice in one or more business functions, preferably in growth or product
- Extensive experience partnering closely with different business units to define and track metrics that result in high business impact
- Ability to create clear, concise reports and visualizations that are understood by audiences with varying degrees of familiarity with the underlying data
- Expert level SQL skills
- Proficient with common dashboard tools (we use Looker)
- Familiarity with one more scripting languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics and willingness to learn more

- Experience with dbt
