About the Team

The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Through our technological innovation and logistical efficiency, you will join a team that prides itself on being the most trusted marketplace in the industry while shipping and processing tens of millions of products for our global buyers and sellers.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyzing data and processes within the organization to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop recommendations for implementing changes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement these changes and track their effectiveness
  • Gather data, analyze information, and develop models to drive efficiencies within Ops and other functional areas
  • Plan and implement optimization projects
  • Develop, prepare, review, and report on monthly KPIs and serve as a strategic analytics business partner for Ops leadership
  • Facilitate working sessions to understand and define business needs and requirements
  • Create, institutionalize, and promote data management best practices within Ops and other teams
  • Stay up to date with changes in our data structure
  • Design data reporting structures deriving insights to help inform strategy
  • Leading and mentoring junior business analysts

We are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of direct experience in Operations, Business Consulting, Analytics, Project Management, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or computer science
  • Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects

The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. $88,000$110,000 USD
