Collibra is on a fast-paced journey of accelerated growth across the business. To stay on top of the demands of a fast-growing company, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior People Solutions Analyst reporting to the Sr. Director, People Operations to make an impact in building our HCM systems of the future. We are looking for a new team member who has experience working in a global, hyper-growth company. You will participate in key projects as we enhance our People systems to support our continued growth.

Senior People Solutions Analysts at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to lead the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday modules including but not limited to HCM, Reporting, Absence, Performance, Benefits and Advanced Compensation and Payroll.
  • Actively researching for new enhancements and releases in Workday, and continually challenging decisions to deliver an HCM environment which is empowering for a global community.
  • Evaluate existing technology and new requests, evaluate them against our shared roadmap and make recommendations about scope, timing and solution scalability.
  • Mentor other members on the team - share knowledge freely and help to build up the team 
  • Provide production support on issues triage, identification and resolution, bulk data uploads (EIBs), maintain security role assignment, and new report requests.
  • Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation and overall system performance; lead Workday product update process, including regression testing and contingency planning for larger project efforts. 
  • Providing HR Tier 3 support for HR Technology.
  • Ensuring systems security permissions are appropriately set up. Adhere and support HCM SOX control compliance.
  • Utilize project management skills to assist with managing projects. May provide overall project management for specific HR initiatives or special projects.

You Have:

  • A proven and successful background in a similar role
  • A consultative approach with People Team peers and stakeholders; use business acumen to understand business challenges and recommend solutions. 
  • Experience assessing new features, making recommendations and driving new feature adoption.
  •  Demonstrated experience in various Workday functional areas, especially configuration, integrations and analytics
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prior Workday certifications

Reporting to Collibra's Sr. Director, People Operations, Senior People Solutions Analyst's measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will establish relationships with key stakeholders and peers
  • Within your third month, you will be the technical and system expert for all things Workday HCM
  • Within your sixth month, you will establish yourself as mentor to junior members of the team
