What's Clyde - Clyde is an end-to-end product protection platform that is re-thinking the way retailers increase loyalty and drive revenue, and the way customers manage their purchases. We are tackling the $50B per year extended warranty market and becoming the de facto solution in the space by leveraging an intense focus on product, design, and customer experience. Clyde delivers product protection plans directly to consumers as they shop, owning the relationship from purchase to claim submission to resolution. We know that the relationship between retailers and their customers is far from over after checkout, so we’re building products to deliver value at every stage of this relationship.

We are hiring a Success Operations Analyst whose mission will be to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our Success team. You will report to the VP of Solutions & Success and will be their trusted partner in managing success objectives, strategy execution, and tactics, and in implementing processes that scale.

We are looking for candidates who can dive into our business and help ensure we’re running smoothly. We will depend on your expertise to keep our focus on changes that drive growth with a critical eye on scalability. You love working cross-functionally and thrive in ambiguous environments.

An opportunity to...

  • Report to senior leadership on results and renewals and upsell forecasts, e.g. through dashboards and presentations
  • Track KPI’s and analyze them to understand what's going well and what's not
  • Create checks for data quality within transactional and operational systems. Own end to end data quality post-sale.
  • Define systems and processes that drive productivity, efficiency, and visibility across the entire Success Organization
    • Execute on optimization and scaling initiatives to support and enhance the merchant experience
    • Provide project leadership to implement new software solutions, train the team on new CS technologies, and drive adoption of solutions
  • Coordinate cross-functional processes that help meet targets and deliver on merchants needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Senior and Executive leadership teams to manage and evolve success processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success Ops, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops and/ or Bus Ops experience at a fast growing company
  • Strong analytics, operational, and project management foundation
  • Subject matter expertise in modern tools: Asana, Salesforce, Looker, Zendesk
  • Clear communicator with professional presence
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • Enjoys "getting their hands dirty" by digging into complex operations
  • Takes high degree of ownership over their work
