US Vaccines Integrated Business Planner
Job Description

Reporting to the National Business Operations Partner for Vaccines, the Integrated Business Planner (IBP) will be a critical member for centralized business planning in support of the US Vaccines Commercial Operations Organization, including both field sales and key account management teams.
The incumbent will provide the planning support for sales leadership to help achieve business, customer, and people goals. The IBP executes the decision analysis & strategic planning support within the purview of the leaders to facilitate resource optimization and trade-off decisions across all customers and customer segments. The IBP will also lead the business planning and resource allocation for the product portfolio and work to identify business opportunities at the national, regional or local level for the product portfolio. The incumbent will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders and manage the complexity across headquarter functions to facilitate a seamless operational experience for both field sales and account management, including collaboration with brand marketing and payer brand leads to inform strategy and monitor execution.
Under the leadership of the Planning Team Leader, the incumbent will participate in the department's evolution to align with US Market and brand priorities. This includes an acceleration of planning/ analytic capabilities anchored in advanced analytics and optimized standard reporting via appropriate implementation of tools, techniques and approaches. The IBP will demonstrate close collaboration with other IBPs and US Operational peer functions to ensure an integrated approach across the Sales Force Planning organization. In addition, the IBP will work collaboratively across the US Vaccines Commercial Operations Organization and related marketing functions to identify and understand reporting requirements and create pre-built views as needed to support Senior Sales Leadership.
Education Requirement:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: MBA Degree
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years field sales or related HQ experience
- Strong business acumen, project management, communication and teamwork skills
- Consultative and creative approach to strategic thinking, business analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic working environment
- Experience creating views in Spotfire and/or Tableau
- Experience with MicroStrategy platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to Influence Sales Leaders
