The DBA Principal will lead survey research projects that support government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and public institutions. This role involves overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring high-quality and actionable results for stakeholders. The principal will also provide strategic guidance, develop methodologies, and manage project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Lead the design, implementation, and management of survey research projects.
    •    Develop survey instruments, including questionnaires and interview protocols.
    •    Oversee data collection and ensure adherence to ethical and methodological standards.
    •    Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data using statistical software.
    •    Prepare reports, presentations, and publications summarizing survey findings.
    •    Provide recommendations to government agencies and clients based on survey insights.
    •    Manage project budgets, timelines, and team members.
    •    Mentor junior researchers and support staff.
    •    Stay current with best practices in survey research, data management, and public policy trends.

Requirements:
    •    Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    •    Extensive experience in survey design, administration, and data analysis.
    •    Strong knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS) and data visualization tools.
    •    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    •    Experience leading research teams and managing complex projects.
    •    Familiarity with government operations, public policy, and civic research is preferred.
