Working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Pricing, Order Management, and Customer Success, you'll play a key role in helping sales teams close business faster while maintaining operational excellence and pricing discipline.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from quote creation through approvals and contract execution, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Review sales opportunities for pricing, policy, and data accuracy within Salesforce to support successful bookings.
- Partner with Sales to structure complex deals, interpret pricing policies, and navigate approval requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Pricing, Order Management, and Customer Success to resolve issues and keep transactions moving efficiently.
- Analyze deal trends, approval metrics, and process performance to recommend improvements that increase deal velocity and operational efficiency.
- Support sales enablement by maintaining documentation, educating sales teams on deal processes, and serving as a subject matter expert on deal policies and workflows.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Management, Sales Operations, or Sales Support within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
- Experience working in Salesforce CRM.
- Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, contract processes, and sales operations.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
