Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity
As part of the Deals team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful deal integration and growth realization strategies. As a Director you set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining influential executive-level client relations. You drive business growth, shape client engagements, and mentor the next generation of leaders, upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 9 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master of Business Administration in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Operations Management/Research preferred
- Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in leading management consulting firms, M&A and Divestitures
- Broad knowledge of Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, and/or Sales and Marketing
- Proven record of success in directing efforts managing and developing strategic client relationships
- Building reliable and collaborative relationships with team members
- Securing new business development and project extensions
- Managing and delivering significant business results
- Developing a business vision and leading complex projects
- Communicating complex information effectively in written and oral formats
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
