About Qevlar AI

Qevlar is a B2B SaaS scale-up on a mission to boost the productivity of cybersecurity teams with Artificial Intelligence. We build an AI platform that transitions Security Operations Centers from reactive to proactive units through autonomous security alert investigations.

In just three years, we have:

  • Raised a total of $44m in series-A & seed rounds from EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital and Partech

  • Deployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs like Orange Cyberdefense

  • Expanded to the US market with a growing North American presence

  • Ended 2025 with a strong multi-million dollar ARR and ambitious goals for 2026

We're looking for a Director of Demand Generation to build the pipeline engine behind that story. This is a foundational hire on the marketing team.

You'll own the number that connects marketing's work to revenue, in a market where buyers are a narrow, well-defined universe rather than a mass audience.

We want this role to be more than a channel operator. Security buyers increasingly research through AI assistants and AI-generated overviews before they ever reach our site, and we want someone who treats that shift as central to the strategy, not an afterthought. Same goes for how the demand engine runs day to day; we'd rather build repeatable, signal-driven systems than run one-off campaigns by hand.

You'll be joining a team that already has product marketing, content/brand, and field marketing in place; your job is to turn what they're building into a systematic, increasingly inbound-led source of pipeline.

What You Will Do
  • Own the pipeline number (sourced and influenced) and build the demand gen model that ties channel investment to pipeline and revenue targets globally

  • Shift the pipeline mix toward inbound over time - website and organic-sourced pipeline growing as a share of total, rather than relying primarily on outbound and paid to carry the number

  • Build a signal-based demand engine, using intent data and account signals to detect in-market buyers and trigger real-time activation

  • Own website conversion, turning traffic into qualified pipeline through CRO and conversational/chat experiences, in partnership with the content team

  • Own AI discoverability, making sure Qevlar is found and cited by AI search and LLM assistants, since technical security buyers increasingly research this way before they ever talk to sales

  • Use AI to automate the mechanical parts of the job (enrichment, audience building, personalization, follow-up, reporting)

  • Build and run account-based marketing programs, working with Sales to prioritize target accounts and sequence touches around actual buying signals

  • Own lifecycle and nurture programs suited to a long, technical sales cycle - scoring, routing, and re-engagement for stalled opportunities

  • Manage the SEO and marketing ops agency relationships, and own the broader martech stack (marketing automation, CRM integration, intent/ABM tooling), evolving it as the team's needs grow

  • Oversee events and field marketing, holding in-person programs to the same pipeline standard as any other channel, with post-event follow-up that actually converts to nurture

  • Report on outcomes (pipeline contribution, conversion by funnel stage, CAC, and AI discoverability) and run experiments with clear success/kill criteria

Who you are
  • Experience running demand generation or growth marketing in B2B, ideally with some exposure to enterprise or security software where sales cycles are long and buyers are technical

  • A track record of shifting pipeline mix toward inbound and improving website-sourced demand through SEO, CRO, and organic content

  • Demonstrated use of AI and signal-based tools in demand gen (intent data, ABM/enrichment platforms, conversational website tools, AI content and workflow tools)

  • Working understanding of how AI/LLM discoverability works and how buyers now research through AI assistants and AI overviews

  • Deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM, with experience managing or evolving a martech stack rather than just using whatever's already in place

  • Comfort owning and defending metrics like CAC, pipeline coverage, and marketing-sourced revenue in front of leadership or a board

  • Experience managing agencies or external vendors and holding them to real performance standards

  • Comfort operating in an early-stage environment with limited existing infrastructure, building process and systems as you go rather than inheriting them

Why join us
  • Work on meaningful problems with real-world impact in cybersecurity

  • A high-impact role in a small, international, fast-moving team where your contributions directly shape the company and its success

  • Shape the future of a product already making noise in AI + security circles

  • A company culture that values autonomy and creativity

  • Opportunity for equity and early ownership

  • We’re flexible on location - you can either work from home or join your colleagues in our beautiful office in NYC.

If you’re excited about helping security teams adopt cutting-edge AI, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s build the future of cybersecurity together!
