Demand Generation Manager, B2B MarketingLocation: Based in Miami, FL (open to fully remote talent)

As they continue to scale, the company is investing heavily in building a more sophisticated B2B demand generation engine to support growth beyond founder-led sales and referral channels. This role will play a critical part in helping define and scale that next phase of growth.
We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager, B2B Marketing to help build and scale their B2B pipeline generation engine.
This is a highly hands-on, high-ownership role focused on driving qualified pipeline growth through a combination of:
- Demand generation
- Performance marketing
- Lifecycle marketing
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Funnel optimization
- Sales and marketing alignment
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments and enjoys both strategy and execution. You will work closely with their Head of Marketing and US sales leadership to help architect and execute scalable growth initiatives across paid acquisition, nurture systems, campaign experimentation, and pipeline generation.
This is not a traditional brand marketing role.
This is a revenue and pipeline-focused marketing position.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Build and execute B2B demand generation strategies focused on qualified pipeline creation.
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns across:
- Paid Search
- LinkedIn Ads
- ABM initiatives
- Webinar campaigns
- Email marketing
- Thought leadership distribution
- Sponsored content and events
- Partner closely with sales leadership on:
- Shaping ICP-targeted messaging
- Target account strategy
- Lead quality feedback loops
- Pipeline reporting
- Help scale the company's outbound and inbound pipeline generation infrastructure beyond founder-led sales channels.
- Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Microsoft Ads
- Improve campaign structure, targeting, conversion quality, and overall ROI.
- Manage campaign testing, experimentation, and optimization cadence.
- Leverage offline conversions and lifecycle-stage attribution to improve paid media performance.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs including:
- MQL generation
- SQL conversion
- CAC
- Pipeline contribution
- Cost per opportunity
- Work closely with internal content, SEO, and design resources to support campaign execution.
- Build and improve lifecycle marketing systems across the funnel.
- Create segmented nurture strategies by vertical, buyer stage, and intent signals.
- Improve webinar and event follow-up workflows.
- Develop lead scoring and lead qualification frameworks in partnership with sales.
- Improve email marketing effectiveness, conversion paths, and nurture sequencing.
- Help establish more sophisticated funnel management and attribution processes.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to prioritize initiatives and expand marketing execution bandwidth.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align messaging, targeting, and campaign priorities.

- 5+ years of experience in:
- B2B demand generation

- Strong hands-on expertise in:

- Experience managing campaigns tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

- Marketing-to-sales alignment
- Revenue-weighted optimization
- Experience building and optimizing nurture sequences and lifecycle workflows.
- Highly autonomous and self-directed operator.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build systems from scratch.
- Strong experimentation and testing mindset.
- Strong communicator capable of collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Comfortable balancing strategy and execution in a lean environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms required.
