Your Mission

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding market presence by driving high-quality pipeline through a combination of inbound and marketing-led initiatives. You will shape how enterprise buyers discover and engage with Mimica, ensuring that demand generation efforts translate into measurable revenue impact.

Part of your day-to-day
  • Build and scale a digital-first demand generation engine that drives qualified enterprise pipeline.

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, and social, aligned to target segments and markets.

  • Develop and balance broad-based demand generation initiatives with targeted, account-focused programs.

  • Continuously test, measure, and refine messaging and campaign performance based on data and sales feedback.

  • Partner closely with sales to ensure strong alignment on pipeline quality, conversion, and follow-through.

  • Own funnel performance across key stages, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

  • Drive the promotion and distribution of key initiatives (e.g. content, webinars, campaigns) to maximize reach and impact.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and execution across the go-to-market motion.

What you will bring
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS demand generation with direct ownership of pipeline creation.

  • Strong track record of building and scaling digital-first campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.

  • Ability to translate market insights and performance data into messaging and campaign optimization.

  • Experience operating across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

  • Strong understanding of paid channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google), SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in attribution, experimentation, and funnel performance management.

  • High level of ownership and adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
