Role

As part of the Global Go-To-Market organization, the Associate, Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated demand generation programs that support pipeline growth and customer engagement across target markets. The role focuses on improving campaign effectiveness, enhancing funnel performance, and driving operational efficiency across digital, event, and account-based marketing initiatives.

This role partners closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, and Marketing Operations teams to execute data-driven programs, monitor performance metrics, and continuously improve demand generation outcomes aligned to business priorities.



Responsibilities

· Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid media, webinars, events, and content syndication channels to support pipeline growth objectives

· Support account-based marketing initiatives targeting priority accounts across key regions and market segments

· Analyze campaign, funnel, and engagement data to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve conversion outcomes across the buyer journey

· Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations teams to support lead management processes, campaign attribution, and reporting accuracy

· Monitor campaign KPIs and reporting dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on operational metrics and performance insights

· Coordinate campaign execution across internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and alignment to go-to-market priorities

· Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events designed to generate engagement and accelerate opportunity development

· Contribute to customer engagement initiatives including webinars, nurture campaigns, executive programs, and advocacy activities to strengthen account relationships

· Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, targeting approaches, messaging effectiveness, and operational efficiency across demand generation activities

· Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and vendors to support effective campaign delivery and budget utilization

· Partner with Product Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to align campaign execution with product launches, market priorities, and pipeline objectives

· Carry out other duties as reasonably required at the Associate level.

Skills and Experience

    · Experience executing integrated B2B demand generation programs across multiple marketing channels

    · Strong understanding of campaign performance measurement, lead lifecycle management, and funnel optimization principles

    · Ability to analyze marketing and pipeline data to identify insights and support evidence-based decision making

    · Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and reporting platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, or equivalent tools

    · Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and operations teams

    · Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities within a fast-paced environment

    · Effective communication skills with the ability to present recommendations and campaign insights clearly

    · Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and delivery quality

    · Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in campaign planning and execution

Skills and Experience

    4 plus  years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management roles within SaaS, technology, or related industries

    · Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that support pipeline generation and customer engagement objectives

    · Working knowledge of account-based marketing, buyer journey engagement, marketing automation, and campaign analytics

    · Experience coordinating vendors, agencies, budgets, or campaign delivery activities

    · Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Demandbase, or similar marketing technology platforms

    · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
