The Role

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly within customer environments, implementing and enhancing a platform that supports mission critical software and AI workflows. In this role, you'll act as an engineer, problem solver, and trusted technical partner. You'll lead deployment projects, develop custom solutions for complex enterprise needs, and collaborate closely with customers from project kickoff through delivery.

What You’ll Own
  • Customer Deployments — Lead end-to-end technical implementations, managing the process from kickoff to successful adoption.

  • Solution Development — Design and develop custom workflows, integrations, and extensions tailored to specific customer needs.

  • Technical Problem Solving — Diagnose and resolve complex issues within customer environments.

  • Customer Partnership — Establish trusted relationships with customer engineering and technical teams.

  • Product Collaboration — Share field insights with the product and engineering teams to inform improvements.

  • Implementation Strategy — Guide customers in defining deployment architectures and best practices that ensure long-term success.

  • Knowledge Sharing — Create deployment playbooks, technical documentation, and implementation resources to accelerate future projects.

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or customer facing technical roles

  • Strong development fundamentals, with the ability to write production-quality code

  • Direct experience collaborating with customers to solve technical problems and deliver successful outcomes

  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems, or cloud-based architectures

  • Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for outcomes from discovery through delivery

  • Experience with developer tools, infrastructure platforms, enterprise software, or AI-native products is a strong plus
