Introduction to XYZ

XYZ Reality are the creators of the world's first and only engineering-grade Augmented Reality solution, purpose built for the construction industry. Not only have we created this holographic technology, that sits within The Atom – a smart, site-safe headset/hardhat - but we implement it on projects, utilising the power of AR to ensure that all schemes are completed in line with the delivery timescales and budgets.

XYZ has grown to over 100 staff across the UK, US & Europe and is working with Mission Critical organisations & construction companies to successfully deliver major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of new projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines

• Develop and manage deployment strategies, schedules, and resource plans

• Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams, clients, and partners

• Monitor progress, proactively manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions where required

• Ensure deployments meet contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements

• Drive operational readiness and ensure seamless transition into steady-state operations

• Capture and share lessons learned to continuously improve the deployment framework and processes.

About You

• Good working knowledge of Primavera P6

• Construction background (trade, engineer, QS, Planner etc)

• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities

• Clear and confident communicator who can engage effectively at all levels

• Proven experience in project management or deployment management within complex, fast-paced environments

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive accountability

• Comfortable working under pressure, with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes.
