a variety of spring internship positions. Take advantage of on the

As Design Intern for Hasana, Inc. you will have a variety of responsibilities through the semester. Our Design teams are looking for interns in a number of different areas, including Jewelry, Handbag’s, Men’s and Women’s Apparel and Accessories and Fine Stationery.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sourcing and swatching fabrics
- Researching and originating ideas for collection
- Organizing and archiving article numbers and price information for all fabrics and trims
- Communicating with factories, patternmaker and sample-makers to ensure quality and design execution
- Creating inspiration boards & drawing flats
- Developing presentation boards
- Organizing fabric files and samples
- Assisting with ordering fabrics
- Expediting samples
- A passion for women’s economic opportunities
- Must be a full or part-time student and working toward a degree
- Must be eligible to receive school credit and commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and other groups as necessary both internally and externally
- Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills, PC with experience in Windows NT, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable software
- Integrity, honesty, openness and a willingness to operate as a team player
