As Art Director, you will help transform Stash into a world-class design-centric brand by creating beautifully elegant and engaging design experiences for our customers. Reporting to the Brand Design Director, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our new brand strategy. You will also partner with Brand Copy, Brand Strategy, Product and UX Design teams to create a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all marketing touchpoints. What You’ll Do
- Partner with Brand Design Director & VP, Brand Design to drive the implementation of our new brand strategy and creative identity
- Develop brand-elevating creative that balances the needs of both art and commerce — driving awareness, aspiration and adoption
- Provide high-quality design and direction for a range of marketing assets - including advertising, video, digital and social media and corporate materials
- Art direct photo shoots including, as needed, and assisting in post-production to achieve highest quality creative direction,
- Stay current on design/competitor trends to keep our branding fresh and innovative
- Lead and mentor junior designers to ensure consistently excellent design solutions

What You Bring to the Table
- 7+ years of experience in a world-class consumer brand, renowned creative agency or preferably both
- Outstanding typography and graphic design skills with a proven ability to provide fresh, “out-of-the-box” solutions with immaculate attention to detail
- Fluency in motion and UI/UX design is a bonus
