About the Role

iCapital Network is seeking a Vice President, Creative Services to provide a mix of creative expertise and business understanding to the position, with the ability to visually articulate our company vision and that of our business partners. This leader will provide inspiration to the team, taking our creative capabilities to a new level as the company continues to grow. Motivating and guiding design resources with a natural eye for design and a drive to generate dynamic ideas that connect the audience. This person must be familiar with marketing communications tools and techniques, but also an expert at customer service, as they guide the creative team in collaboration with our business partners.

The VP, Creative Services is a core member of the marketing team and will also have an opportunity to work with groups across the organization including Compliance, Client Solutions, Investor Relations, among others. This role will provide the right candidate with a chance to demonstrate creativity and shine in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that values high quality and compelling client materials and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the SVP of Marketing Operations and work with the Traffic Manager and other designers on day-to-day design business needs.
  • Manage creative design resources for small-scale and large-scale projects, including digital and brand design, compelling content, landing pages, email campaigns, and related creative asset types and technology.
  • Support marketing campaign objectives by creating compelling assets for various business units with clear creative strategy and execution.
  • Have a solid knowledge of PowerPoint with an ability to create dynamic slide builds and engaging animated decks.
  • Strong data visualization skills to convey complex concepts and infographics.
  • Present and/or oversee presentation of final concepts.
  • Prioritize work and resources across projects based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with the traffic manager, creative and marketing team, and business partners.
  • Review and approve projects developed by the creative team, ensuring deliverables effectively address marketing goals and challenges and are brand-aligned.
  • Demonstrate initiative by understanding what actions need to be taken and completes these tasks while seeking the perspective of others as required.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of proven experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
  • Proven experience with concept development and approaches design problem solving with a digital-first mindset
  • Prior project management experience, with a focus on art direction
  • Proven experience with concept development
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Established ability to work well with people at all levels
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Exhibit fluency in standard visual design software tools: Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Powerpoint
