About the Role

We are looking for a part-time eCommerce Designer to design best-in-class e-commerce experience!

Responsibilities:

  • Support UX / UI iteration of our web e-commerce experience at getproper.com
  • Implement improvements to the user experience and conversion optimization
  • Design new sleep wellness experiences related to behavior change, sleep tracking, and coaching
  • Design with an eye for consistency across UX and UI patterns, brand and implementation across all devices (desktop, mobile, native app)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years e-commerce product design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates past deliverables
  • Experience with commerce UX standards that drive conversions from landing page to checkout flows 
  • Experience with web analytics, commerce analytics, SEO, and other measurement best practices
  • Design proficiencies in Figma
  • Experience management / iterating formal Design Systems and Style Guides
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, engineering, and product teams
  • Past experience in small, direct to consumer startup environments preferred
  • Ability to work East Coast US hours (we’re based in NYC)
