Our Learning Experience team helps clients realize digital and IT transformation by identifying and bridging gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. We design, develop, and implement a variety of solutions for online and in-person learning—including videos, articles, podcasts, interactive elearning, coaching, experiential learning, instructor-led training, and assessments—using the latest insights from the learning sciences. In other words, we go beyond “training” to create learning experiences that really work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support commercial and internal Learning and Development programs
- Propose learning and development programs and objectives
- Scope, design and deliver high quality and impactful learning content that supports a global organization
- Manage and lead complex learning programs with multiple business touchpoints
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify learning needs of the target audience
- Scope, design and deliver high quality and impactful learning content that supports a global organization
- Select, modify, and create compelling content aligned to learning objectives and modality
- Partner with internal and external instructional designers and learning vendors to deliver learning experience programs
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage internal tools and resources
- Create engaging learning activities that enhance the learning process
- Conceptualize storyboards and work with graphic designers and multimedia developers to create effective instructional assets (e.g., video, eLearning interactives)
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
- Communicate regularly with SMEs and colleagues during the development process
- Apply adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design to all activities
- Devise modes of assessment to measure effectiveness of element, module, or course
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years instructional development experience
- 2+ years eLearning development
- Demonstrated expertise using authoring tools, such as Captivate, Storyline, or Evolve to create sophisticated adaptive learning content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to: ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences
- Knowledge of adult learning theory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Careful listener and good communicator (speaking and writing)
- Passionate and energetic with a positive mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work independently, and meet strict deadlines
- Track record of being reliable, responsive, and client-centered
- Ability to build rapport and instill trust and confidence
- A flexible mindset and agile approach to deliverables. Ability to adopt style to engage with different kind of stakeholders
- Work examples or a portfolio of past projects
- Resilience and ability to work under time pressure, manage workload and priorities
