The Role

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Designer to join our ever-growing Professional Services (PROs) team. Under the direction of our Art Director and Lead Designers, you will partner with other designers, strategists and project managers to deliver best-in-class Ceros experiences from concept to execution. This is a unique opportunity to learn about interactive design while building dynamic content in our state-of-the-art design studio.

The Team

Ceros PROs are multidisciplinary experts that empower Ceros customers and the Ceros organization to unlock creativity by providing best practices education, sharing creative inspiration, and creating outstanding experiential content. 

Responsibilities and Experience

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 1-2 years of experience specializing in interactive and visual design, with a strong digital portfolio (agency experience is a plus).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• An understanding of foundational design principles and digital best practices, as well as how to apply them.
• Working knowledge of interaction design and user-centered experience design, with animation and motion graphic knowledge as a plus.
• An eagerness to bring content and ideas to life through engaging experiences that impress and inspire clients.
• A proactive and holistic approach to their work, and isn’t afraid to share new ideas, processes and efficiencies along the way.
• Excellent organizational skills; an ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset! The ability to both work autonomously and collaborate as a team is a must.
• Strong communication skills, especially when communicating with the PROs team and presenting work to clients.
• An eagerness to learn and a 'find a way' attitude.
