Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to translate our new branding into engaging marketing materials for ChartHop. This role reports into the Director of Content Marketing.

We will measure your success through:

• Quality of work: Elevation of ChartHop brand through design presence
• Impact of work: Prospect and customer engagement with content
• Delivery of work: Clear process for collaboration and ability to meet timelines

As a Senior Graphic Designer you will:

• Design printed and digital materials such as ebooks, case studies, product one pagers, infographics, illustrations/graphics for blog posts and emails, email templates, display ads, landing pages, and presentation decks
• Collaborate closely across the marketing, sales, and leadership teams on various design projects, such as presentations, signage, and booth designs, that represent ChartHop in sales meetings and at events
• Support design for new website pages, including desktop and mobile experiences
• Manage the design process from conception to delivery
• Support the creative direction for how we translate ChartHop’s brand into marketing materials
• Partner with external brand agency and liaise with vendors to approve proofs as needed
• Help set and maintain brand standards across the organization
• Maintain brand collateral, including business cards, company letterhead, and email signatures

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a B2B organization
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, strong design ability, and effective layout skills
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe suite, Powerpoint/Google Slides, and Sketch, proficiency in Figma a plus
• Experience designing for both digital and print
• Experience with animation a plus
• Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Ability to defend your work but also take creative feedback and execute accordingly in a professional manner
• Strong organizational skills

Salary range - $90K- $110K base plus bonus and equity
