The Opportunity

As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate with the Product team, the Engineering team, and your fellow designers. You will combine research and ideation to provide our users with effective solutions to their complex problems. You will also translate wireframes into beautiful, compelling interfaces, and create rewarding experiences for both internal stakeholders and customers. As a design team, we trust, embrace feedback, and expect sustained high-quality designs. What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Work in a small team to iteratively improve user interface and user experience
• Take ownership of features from ideation, prototyping and user testing to production
• Deliver user-centered design (including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes) informed by user and market research
• Present your work to stakeholders and customers
• Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive
• Participate in regular design reviews where you’ll seek out specific feedback on your designs and incorporate relevant feedback
• Participate in the development process, working closely with our front-end developers to ensure detailed implementation of your designs
• Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product daily

• Experience with Adobe Suite and StoryBook
• Experience with JIRA / Confluence
