As a Senior Product Designer at Clyde, you will be responsible for delivering thoughtful user journeys across our merchant & consumer products. You will concept and share ideas with stakeholders and partner with product managers to identify and solve complex problems. You will also collaborate with engineers to implement clean and innovative solutions for challenging and highly technical issues. We are looking for someone who has experience and a strong focus in user research to help drive more data driven decisions across our products.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and conduct user research by developing research plans, conducting interviews, and synthesizing data into actionable improvements and opportunities.
  • Work with product managers & key stakeholders to identify product growth opportunities.
  • Conduct and facilitate discovery workshops throughout the organization.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure quality product development.
  • Create user flows, prototypes, wireframes & to effectively communicate product future states.
  • Have ownership of product UX patterns & help support the evolution of design systems that help support designers & engineers to build consistent & scalable solutions.
  • Help build out Clyde’s user experience processes, tools, and culture

What We Look For

  • 4+ years of UX experience at a software company
  • Fluency with the latest product and user experience tools and technology (Figma, Sketch, Miro, & other prototyping tools)
  • Strong interface and interaction design skills
  • Experience in designing both B2B & B2C products
  • Experience with information-heavy products or designing for complex systems.
  • Strong focus in user research and building user flows to deliver a seamless experience to end consumers.
  • Experience designing both mobile and desktop products.
