CLEAR is looking for a Visual Coordinator to drive CLEAR’s overall brand footprint and experience. In this role, you will support our Creative and Experiential Team for key events, activations, and launches as well as help to reimagine the CLEAR member experience. This role requires a highly organized multi-tasker with a passion to evolve and enhance CLEAR’s brand across physical and digital channels.

What You Will Do:

DESIGN MANAGEMENT WORK:

  • Work closely with Lead Experiential designer to execute on overall creative vision of the CLEAR brand experience
  • Implement, and consistently manage / measure that “look and feel” of CLEAR across all physical and digital channels
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines for our internal brand presence and corporate identity
  • Create production files and liaise with production partners with understanding of fabrication process and production timeline
  • Create presentations for design approvals and corporate meetings
  • Manage shipping and tracking of assets for events and installations.
  • Creative troubleshooting in the face of production challenges
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams – from marketing to our on-the ground field operations to ensure the consistent execution of the CLEAR brand standards

PRINT & PHYSICAL PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT:

  • Liaise between key stakeholders including Marketing, Sports, Training and Operations Departments and print vendors
  • Support sourcing, ordering, production and shipping logistics (includes tracking) for delivery nationwide; manage production timelines, deliveries, reorders and punch list items while ensuring quality control

ON-SITE INSTALLATION SUPPORT:

  • Participate in on-site installations
  • Participate in airport openings

Who You Are:

  • Experience working in a fast paced, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Excited to jump into action
  • Able to respond quickly and intelligently under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Digital/retail/consumer or hospitality industry experience is preferred
  • Strong level of skill in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign
  • Prefered skills in 3D modeling programs
  • Minimal travel may be required

We are located in the Chelsea neighborhood on Manhattan's west side. Chelsea is the primary art district within the borough.
