Summary
The Business Intelligence Developer (BID) will design and develop business intelligence (BI) solutions to support quality, compliance and operational processes. The BID professional is responsible for independently developing and aggregating analytical content sourced from an enterprise electronic medical record reporting database. The candidate will have strong technical skills and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Duties
  • Independently Designs and Delivers BI Solutions.
  • Translates Operational and Clinical Requirements Into Technical Specifications.
  • Performs root-cause analysis, validates data, and resolves issues for defined reporting areas.
  • Uses advanced SQL, visualization best practices, and knowledge of EHR data (e.g. Caboodle/Clarity) to build reliable datasets.
  • Supports junior team members by sharing knowledge, patterns, or best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 2 years related work experience

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
