The DevOps Program Manager is responsible for owning and scaling the DevOps operating model that underpins AIO Logic’s SaaS automation platform. This role provides program-level leadership across CI/CD, release management, infrastructure operations, and compliance, ensuring predictable, secure, and high-quality delivery in a regulated fintech environment.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role serves as a strategic bridge between Engineering, Product, QA, and Client Success, establishing governance, standards, and metrics that enable rapid innovation while maintaining operational discipline and compliance readiness.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, process maturity, and cross-functional alignment — not day-to-day system administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the DevOps program, including CI/CD governance, release management cadence, and operational standards
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve processes for infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, incident response, and change management
  • Partner with Engineering, QA, Product, and Client Success to ensure predictable, high-quality, and auditable releases
  • Lead release readiness reviews, production launch approvals, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement cycles
  • Establish and track operational KPIs, including uptime, deployment frequency, release success rates, MTTR, and incident trends
  • Manage DevOps tooling strategy, vendor relationships, and infrastructure roadmap in alignment with business priorities
  • Ensure operational compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, and financial data governance requirements through documented controls and processes
  • Mentor and guide DevOps engineers on process discipline, documentation standards, and program management best practices
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting on platform stability, delivery health, and operational risk

Core Competencies

  • DevOps Program Leadership
  • CI/CD & Release Governance
  • Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Oversight
  • Operational Metrics & KPI Management
  • Risk, Incident & Change Management
  • Compliance & Security Readiness
  • Process Design & Continuous Improvement
  • Executive Communication
  • Vendor & Tooling Strategy

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred; or equivalent practical experience in DevOps, platform operations, or technical program leadership will be considered in lieu of a formal degree

·        8–12 years of experience across DevOps, Release Management, Platform Operations, or Technical Program Management

·        3+ years leading DevOps programs, release governance, or infrastructure operations at scale

·        Experience operating in fast-paced SaaS environments with frequent releases and high availability requirements

·        Strong track record of building structured, repeatable operational processes that improve reliability and predictability

·        Comfortable balancing speed, risk, and compliance in regulated environments

·        Executive-level communication skills with the ability to translate technical risk and operational health into business-relevant insights

Preferred

·        Experience delivering SaaS solutions to financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, or specialty lenders.

·        Familiarity with financial services, asset-based lending, structured finance, or enterprise software deployments is strongly preferred.

·        Experience supporting or maintaining SOC 2 controls and audit readiness

·        Familiarity with GDPR and financial data governance requirements

·        Exposure to security reviews, risk assessments, and audit response coordination

Technical Skills

·        Strong working knowledge of:
