The Opportunity
As a Digital Assets Crypto/Blockchain Director, you will set the strategic direction for clients defining, designing, and scaling digital asset capabilities across blockchain, tokenization, and tokenized money. Within our Software and Product Innovation practice, you will combine advisory-led strategy with technology solutioning to help clients shape business cases, market readiness approaches, target operating models, governance, and implementation strategies.
As a Director, you will lead complex client engagements, advise executive stakeholders, and oversee the development of digital asset strategies through implementation and production. You will connect capabilities across PwC to bring together regulatory, engineering, banking, payments, and operations expertise, while identifying market opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving business growth.

- Setting strategic direction for digital asset, blockchain, tokenization, and tokenized money initiatives
- Advising executive stakeholders on digital asset strategy, operating models, governance, and market readiness
- Overseeing technology architecture, vendor strategy, and build, buy, or partner decisions
- Guiding digital asset capabilities from strategy through implementation, production, and scale
- Leading complex client relationships and shaping solutions to evolving business and technology needs
- Orchestrating cross-functional PwC capabilities across regulatory, engineering, banking, payments, and operations
- Overseeing governance, controls, and operating model considerations as digital asset capabilities mature
- Identifying market opportunities and converting them into new and expanded client engagements
- Leading business development, proposals, and strategic account growth
- Developing senior teams and mentoring future leaders
What You Must Have

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
