From attorneys in all 50 states, to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.

 Summary

Morgan & Morgan has been fighting for justice for over three decades, but our approach has been different since day one. As America’s Largest Injury Law Firm, we practice over 50 areas of personal injury law and operate in all 50 states.

We are seeking a Brand Strategist focused on Lifecycle Marketing to create cohesive, value-driven communication with clients and prospects before and after conversion. This role will guide email newsletters, SMS campaigns, app push notifications, and automated journeys — while also helping build our subscriber base and shaping initiatives like webinars, resource centers, and downloadable content that keep audiences engaged.

The right candidate will bring both strategic insight and creative expertise — able to grow and segment audiences, shape the brand voice across all lifecycle channels, and ensure that every touchpoint adds value at every stage of the journey. This role requires strong collaboration with email operations and creative teams, ensuring that all automated and recurring communications reflect our brand, build trust, and drive long-term retention.

 Responsibilities
  • Develop lifecycle strategies that nurture prospects pre-conversion and strengthen relationships post-conversion
  • Partner with email, content, and UX to grow and segment subscriber audiences; guide newsletters, retention, and engagement campaigns
  • Shape creative direction and messaging for automated communications across email, SMS, and client app push notifications
  • Create value-driven touchpoints such as webinars, resource centers, and downloadable content to expand audiences and deepen engagement
  • Define KPIs for engagement and retention; monitor results and recommend creative optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with content, UX, insights, and CRM teams to align messaging with user needs and brand standards
 Qualifications
  • 5+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience in a digital-first environment
  • Experience shaping messaging and strategy across social, email and web channels
  • Proven ability to grow subscriber bases and optimize retention campaigns through content and segmentation strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience running A/B tests and interpreting engagement metrics
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
