Position Purpose: Design and develop the company’s Medicare Sales digital learning experiences, ensuring the end-learner and business objectives are in mind while leveraging the brand and best practices in design and adult learning principles.

***The Digital Curriculum Developer position is primarily remote. Candidates will be considered nationally. For adequate team engagement and collaboration, the ideal candidate will have a schedule somewhere within 7am – 5pm ET (M-F). ***

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and update high-quality learning content in a variety of formats, including eLearning, video, audio, leader’s guides for instructor led courses, virtual course materials, PowerPoint presentations, tool kits, study guides, and performance support tools.

  • Identify adult learning models, methods and modalities that support the design strategy.

  • Conduct user research and assess business needs to inform the evolution of the design.

  • Design using latest design software and tools for rapid prototyping, including Articulate Rise, Balsalmiq, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, Video Software or HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Zenarate, and Symtrain.

  • Responsible for technical quality and function of all courses.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience designing online curriculums in adult learning settings. Healthcare industry and project management experience preferred. Articulate Storyline, SharePoint, Workday Learning Management, Q-Mindshare and Simulation experience preferred.

Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
